ERISA Basics for Health Plans

Most employers know how ERISA affects the administration of their retirement plans. But few understand that this federal law also may apply to their health plans, creating complex administrative obligations and, more recently, litigation risks. In this 60-minute webinar, Spencer Fane Employee Benefits Team Leader, Greg Ash, will offer a primer on when and how ERISA applies to employer-sponsored health plans, whether they are fully insured plans or self-funded arrangements. Participants will learn:
