TCPA, CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, ADA, ACA… It can be a challenge for health care companies to know when and how they can communicate with their patients and members without excessive risk. In this presentation, we talk about the background of each federal law governing communications, where each applies, and exceptions and considerations specific to health care.
