ADA accommodations are among the most difficult challenges employers face on a day to day basis.  Jeremy Brenner and Bethany Stewart will walk employers through the interactive process in detail, discuss examples of reasonable and unreasonable accommodations, and will particularly discuss the nuances of remote work on the accommodation process.  The session will also include a discussion of leaves of absence as an ADA accommodation and compare ADA leaves to other types of legally protected leaves.
