Allen Orr Jr. is the founder of Orr Immigration Law Firm P.C. and a nationally recognized authority on U.S. immigration law, employer compliance, and immigration policy. He is a Past President of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves as Chair of the Immigration Law Section of the National Bar Association.

Mr. Orr has led large-scale employer compliance initiatives, including managing an I-9 audit for a Fortune 10 company reviewing approximately 250,000 employee records. He has also represented coalitions of technology companies before the U.S. Department of Labor, helping shape reforms to the labor certification (PERM) process.

A recipient of the Joseph Minsky Young Lawyer Award and the 2024 Advocacy Award, Mr. Orr has appeared on BBC, MSNBC, FOX News, Deutsche Welle, Scripps News, and SiriusXM. He holds a BA from Morehouse College and a JD from Howard University School of Law.
