The discussion will provide practical information regarding EEO updates and cover recent developments, including discussion of important case and regulatory developments. Gain insights on how to stay compliant as well as informed regarding new issues on the horizon.

This session will discuss recent trending issues in cases involving corporate raiding. Restrictive covenant cases hinge on the strength of the covenants, early discovery strategies and tactics, and developing or challenging a damages model without disrupting customers. This discussion will provide practical tools for litigators to both evaluate the strength of their case and assess the merits of cases brought against their clients.

HRCI and SHRM will be submitted for this session. Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits are pending in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. CLE credit application and approval processes vary per state and may not be available after certain state deadlines.
