Nauni Manty has been a lawyer since 1992 and is currently the owner of Manty & Associates, P.A. In October 1998, Nauni was appointed by the United States Trustee, United States Department of Justice, to serve as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Minnesota.  She has also been appointed as a Chapter 11 operating Trustee in various Chapter 11 cases. She has served as a Court-appointed receiver in two Securities Exchange Commission matters involving fraud in U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.  She currently serves as a Liquidating Trustee pursuant to a confirmed plan in Delaware.  Nauni is also a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy.
In one of her cases, Nauni was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Federal Bureau of Investigation on a job well done in connection with a fraud case and criminal prosecution.  Nauni has presented on various bankruptcy matters.  In 2013 was awarded a Turnaround Management Transaction of the Year Award, Upper Midwest.
